Production
Naturata Plant Brew Salted Caramel is produced by a traditional Swiss family business using carefully selected organic raw materials. The ingredients for the spelt coffee are first roasted individually and particularly gently so that each component can fully develop its aroma. Depending on the raw material, roasting temperatures range between 150 °C and 200 °C.
After roasting, the ingredients are coarsely ground, blended and extracted with hot water using the counter-current principle. This creates an aromatic extract, which is then transformed into an instant powder using a gentle spray-drying process. The fine organic spelt coffee powder is then homogeneously blended with oat drink powder and the salted caramel spice blend before being filled.
This elaborate production process ensures an especially mild and balanced flavour with a delicate crema for modern organic coffeehouse moments in every cup.
Tips for preparation
According to taste, take 2-3 teaspoons (approx. 8 g) per cup, pour with 200 ml of hot water and stir - ready!
